The Coronavirus pandemic seems to be slowing the entire world down in one way or another. While we are working hard to get ahead of production needs, we are experiencing some delays with both our supply partners as well as our delivery partners. In some cases this is resulting in a delay of an additional one to three days before you receive your order. Please know that are building stock levels with increasingly larger production runs and continuously working with our carriers to provide you with the fastest service possible.

Customer Service

We want to help you achieve success as much as we possibly can. We are at your service Monday through Friday anytime between 9 am and 5 pm to talk about questions concern your orders, product information or shooting the breeze about training and nutrition. If you catch us outside of normal business hours just leave us a message with your contact information and we'll get back to you the next business day, lickity split NO SH#T!.

Shipping Locations

At this time, UR is only available to locations in the United States. If you are interested in becoming an International distributor, feel free to contact us at partners@ur-theanswer.com or at our toll free number 1-630-450-5279. Otherwise, please be sure to use a physical mailing address. Our shipper, UPS, cannot ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Sorry, but any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy, no wait, SUPER PUMPED about your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any UR product, AND you purchased it directly from our site, we'll take back your merchandise with a few basic requirements:

* We think 30 days is a pretty fair amount of time to decide if you like what you bought, so please make sure you're within that time frame.

* Provide us with your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.

* Apparel and Accessories: If you sweat it up, you keep it. If you get it and try it on and aren't happy with the size, fit, or look we'll take it back. Just please be sure it's unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging

* Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: We want you to be happy with the taste and results of our products. So if you've used 50% or less of any product, and are not happy, for whatever reason, we'll take it back (provided you ordered it from our site.)

If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (9-5 Central M-F) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed UR the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear UR your credit card statement.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a U-Crew teammate will contact you. However, unfortunately, we can't help you with lost or stolen merchandise.

Promotional Items

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items sold on our Site or otherwise distributed by UR through any other format, and UR will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever.

Back Orders

We do everything we can to maintain inventory for all of our products. Still, with all the people looking to get on the road to awesome using our stuff, there's a small chance that we may run out of something every now and then. In this event, you'll receive an email letting you know of your partial credit due to the out of stock item. We can't hold pre-orders for out of stock items, so they'll be cancelled off the order, and you'll only pay for the items shipped.

Delays

If you place your order before 2 PM Monday - Friday, we will ship it the same day (provided we have what you ordered). Orders that come in after 2 pm will ship the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive notification to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, email us at (email hyperlink). Keep in mind that sometimes delays occur with our carrier that are beyond our control. In some cases we may be able to get your order to you in 1 or 2 business days (depending where you are in the US). We'll work our butts off to get your order to you ASAP, but to be safe, please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
